Redesigning the app for a leading Dignostics center and pathology lab in India. The goal was to improve the navigation while also introducing the health tracker and option to view past records.

Before starting the new version for the platform it was important to understand the problems currently faced by the user and the further opportunity area. It was crucial to determine the users’ painpoint so we interviewed some patients and their relatives to define the problem.
"My wife was detected with cancer and we had quite a few tests to be done every month. It was difficult to find a particular test to book and get the reports for the same."
"The first time I visited the app for booking a test, I could’nt read about the details anywhere. I had to read about it on google and later I could’nt do the payment because it led me to some other page. It’s very chaotic."
"I face difficulties in booking a particular package. I take a lot of time just to book one test and figure out about the confirmation of the booking post payment."
Weather forecast is synced with the back-end to keep the user updated following with a few health tips.
Using colors that are calm and comforting since it is a healthcare service, we introduced the new color palette and designed icons as we developed the brand further.
A user can book a test, book a package, manage/view test reports and change location now in a simpler way. User can also add family members to the app to view the reports and keep a record of their health reports.
An end user can now calculate BMI in 4 easy steps. User can also view their past BMI results.
